GUARDSEAL 2 PACK A TOUGH PROTECTIVE FLOOR COATING CLASSIFIED: AS A VERY HIGH SLIP RISK. DESCRIPTION: 2 PACK GUARDSEAL, a two component solvent based urethane/acrylic polymer coating which has been specifically formulated for use as an inexpensive, durable and easy to apply clear protective floor coating, to prevent the deep penetration of markings over natural concrete and applied finishes. ADVANTAGES: Clear non-yellowing. Hard wearing. One step, ease of application, no waste. Can be applied over existing finishes. Increased weather protection. Excellent UV resistance. APPLICATION: Water, chemical and alkali resistance. 2 PACK GUARDSEAL, can be applied by brush, roller or spray. On porous substrates two coats are Recommended. MIXING RATIO: By Weight: Part A to Part B = 2.6 to1. By Volume: Part A to Part B = 2.33 to 1.. NOTE: 14Lt to 6Lt COVERAGE: 2 PACK GUARDSEAL will cover at a rate of 8-10m² per litre per coat, depending on the porosity and roughness of the surface.
