WATER BASED SEALER
DESCRIPTION:
A waterbased sealer formulated specifically for the use as a concrete and masonry sealer that dries to a clear finish. It is non-yellowing, non-staining and environmentally friendly.
Provides excellent waterproofing and weather resistance when applied over brick, terrazzo, slate and other interior and exterior masonry surfaces. Also provides an excellent protective barrier for masonry floor surfaces.

and UV resistance and makes surfaces easier to clean and less expensive to maintain.
TYPICAL USES:
Waterproofing: brick, stone, terracotta, concrete, stucco, exposed aggregate, plaster and cement mortar joints.
Sealing : driveways, concrete pavers, exposed aggregate, stamp pattern concrete, car park floors.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Area to be treated must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease and other contaminants. Surfaces cured with curing compounds, are generally non compatible with surface finishes and must be removed prior to application of the sealer.
APPLICATION:
Apply CLEARSEAL as supplied direct from the container by brush, roller, and airless or conventional spray
equipment. Two coats are recommended.
COVERAGE:
An effective coverage of CLEARSEAL is greatly dependent upon the application technique and surface
porosity, on sound clean concrete the application rate of eight (8) square metres per litre is desirable.
LIMITATIONS:
Not recommended for use over surfaces which have been subject to waxes, polishes or grease without proper
pre-treatment.
Smooth or non– absorbent concrete surfaces will create a slippery floor and should be acid etched and dried prior to application. Alternatively the application of UNI-GRIT in a three coat CLEARSEAL application will provide a non-slip finish.
DO NOT apply CLEARSEAL to wet or damp surfaces or surfaces subject to rising damp.
CAUTION: FIRST AID:
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. If splashed in the eyes, flush with water
